Our Services provide educational, informational, training, coaching, mentorship, and personal and professional development content related to career growth, leadership, mindset, motivation, purpose, professional advancement, and related topics.

The Services are intended for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this website or through our Services shall be construed as guaranteed results or outcomes.

3. No Professional, Medical, Mental Health, Legal, or Financial Advice

The content provided through our Services is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice from licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, tax, accounting, or financial professionals.

7. Coaching Calls, Sessions, and Scheduling

If you book a free or paid session, strategy call, consultation, workshop, or coaching session, you agree to the scheduling terms presented at the time of booking.

For free sessions, discovery calls, or strategy calls, we reserve the right to determine eligibility, decline service, reschedule, or cancel at our discretion.

If you miss a scheduled free consultation or one-time strategy session, we may decline to offer another session.

For paid services, rescheduling, cancellation, attendance, and participation policies may be governed by the applicable offer, checkout page, service agreement, or program terms presented at the time of purchase.

8. Payments

If you purchase any of our Services, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your purchase. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

You authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for one-time purchases, installment plans, subscriptions, recurring charges, and applicable taxes and fees, if any.

If you choose a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all payments according to the agreed terms unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access, termination of services, denial of future participation, and collection efforts to recover unpaid balances to the extent permitted by law.

9. Refunds

Refund requests, if applicable, may only be submitted after thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

No refund request will be reviewed or considered before the 30-day period has passed.

Any refund eligibility, if offered for a specific product or service, will be subject to the terms stated on the applicable sales page, checkout page, service agreement, or program terms. If no specific refund policy is stated for a product or service, then all sales are final and no refund is required or implied.

We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the applicable requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Services is owned by or licensed to Leadership Compass LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. This includes, without limitation, text, coaching frameworks, methods, program structures, videos, graphics, logos, worksheets, workbooks, audio, training materials, course materials, downloads, branding, page layouts, and written content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not, without our prior written consent, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, upload, sell, license, create derivative works from, share with others, publicly display, publicly perform, or exploit any part of the Services or content.

11. No Unauthorized Sharing or Commercial Use

You may not share purchased or protected materials, login credentials, recordings, downloads, workbooks, templates, or member-only content with any third party.

You may not use our content, frameworks, or materials to create, market, or deliver your own coaching, consulting, training, or competing service without our express written permission.

12. Community Conduct

If you participate in any community, group coaching call, webinar chat, messaging channel, member area, or related environment, you agree to behave respectfully and lawfully.

You agree not to harass, threaten, or abuse others; post defamatory, offensive, obscene, discriminatory, or unlawful content; spam or solicit others without permission; disrupt the community or Services; or infringe on others’ privacy or rights.

We reserve the right to remove content, revoke access, or terminate participation at our discretion.

13. Confidentiality

We value professionalism and discretion. However, unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, no communication through our Services is considered legally confidential or privileged.

You agree not to share or misuse confidential or proprietary information belonging to us or other participants.

For group programs, webinars, workshops, and community settings, we cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality, and you understand that anything you voluntarily share in such settings may be seen or heard by others.

14. Testimonials, Feedback, and Submissions

If you voluntarily provide testimonials, reviews, comments, suggestions, ideas, survey responses, success stories, or other feedback, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and share such content for lawful business and marketing purposes, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Leadership Compass LLC, MuslimCareerCoach.com, and their owners, officers, members, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any content or information you submit through the Services.
